Harts warm-up then 2x200 and 1x800 hard/fast pace with equal recovery then Harts cool-down. Felt lots better today than I did yesterday. Kaelee is a great running partner, pushes me, and doesn't let me give up.
Easy 4 miles up to green springs then striders after. Wasn't feeling so hot. Had to stop like 3 times to rest and stretch.
