| | First day back! Didn't run a whole lot over the break. I feel like quite the slacker, but I'm glad to be back. Anywho... Just ran down 2450. Felt pretty good on the way there, but really struggled on the way back. I get this weird thing where my ears pop & I get pressure & aching pain in my ears. It's really odd. My hips & knees feel a bit sore. Getting back into shape is the worst & by far my least favorite part, but I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end! | |
| | OH MY..... I have no idea why in the world I decided to run this much on like my third day back. Ran 5 miles to target at practice, then 2 more miles later at the rec center. It actually did feel pretty good. ...Until later when the sore-ness kicked in. Good to be back though. |

Easy 4 miles up to green springs then striders after. Wasn't feeling so hot. Had to stop like 3 times to rest and stretch.

| | Harts warm-up then 2x200 and 1x800 hard/fast pace with equal recovery then Harts cool-down. Felt lots better today than I did yesterday. Kaelee is a great running partner, pushes me, and doesn't let me give up. |
