First day back! Didn't run a whole lot over the break. I feel like quite the slacker, but I'm glad to be back. Anywho... Just ran down 2450. Felt pretty good on the way there, but really struggled on the way back. I get this weird thing where my ears pop & I get pressure & aching pain in my ears. It's really odd. My hips & knees feel a bit sore. Getting back into shape is the worst & by far my least favorite part, but I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end! |
